Most of us are told that we have to do something in order to have what we want, and then we will feel good. What if we have that backwards, and we first need to feel good before we can do the right actions and then have what we want?
I teach people how taking care of ourselves (feeling good) leads to having more of what we want, with less effort. Personal well-being is linked to planetary transformation. We can make a greater difference in having the world be a better place when we're coming from a loving place.
I love what I do because:
It feels good to be an uplifter.
It feels good to share what's natural to me and see it make a profound difference in someone's life.
Teaching these practices keeps them alive and fresh for me. I need to model what I'm teaching to be authentic and effective.
